USS Accord is an Ithaca, New York chapter of STARFLEET, the International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc., in the Seventh Fleet. We're a Central New York science fiction fan club with a Star Trek theme, but we're by no means limited to Trek fandom. Our members are also fans of other TV sci-fi, such as Farscape, Doctor Who, and Battlestar Galactica; the written masterpieces of Asimov, Heinlein, and LeGuin; and a wide range of comics, anime, gaming, and other media with connections ranging from clear to tenuous.
We go to movies, play miniature golf, gather for lunch or a BBQ, make pottery, and even hike nearby gorge trails.
Accord meets the second Saturday of each month at 4:30pm, at the Cayuga Heights Fire Station. Join us for this month's meeting! Please bring drinks or munchies to share, bring $5 if you'd like to get in on the group pizza order, and bring a friend! Enter around back; we meet in the training room.
