Division Structure
Like the divisions on the fictional starships we see on Star Trek, Accord's divisions allow us to allocate tasks and responsibities to different groups of members.
CommunicationsResponsible for Accord's monthly mailings, including meeting reminder postcards and our quarterly newsletter, the award-winning Accord Abstractions. EngineeringAccord Engineering designs our fictional starship and its attributes, and offers graphic design services for logos and Accord publications as needed. MarinesThe 771st Marine Strike Group, part of the STARFLEET Marine Corps, manages Accord's community service and philanthropic projects. OperationsOps takes the lead on planning and implementing Accord's events, including the annual Watkins Glen Weekend. SciencesMaintains Accord's membership records and keeps track of members' progress toward promotions in our fictional rank system. |
